Contest for X-Cart

Allow customers to submit to a contest providing user information as well as an image (jpg/gif), that can be viewed within the admin of x-cart as well as the customer side (admin configurable). Entries can also be deleted and approved by the admin for customer viewing. Appearance controlled via General Settings in admin: Entries Per Page, & display thumbnails in list or not (faster viewing). Auto approving is also configurable via the Appearance control in the admin. IP address is also being tracked with every entry in case of malicous use.

Whats new in 2.0:

  • Customer viewing area (configurable by admin).
  • IP is tracked on each entry.
  • Entries can be approved or not by the admin forcustomer side viewing or not.
  • Auto approval is also an option.
  • Image width and height constraints can be setvia the admin now.
  • Other minor improvements.

    View Readme.txt that is included in Contest Plus 2.0.

    (NOTE: This module does NOT use the File System to store the images but rather mySQL BLOB's.)

    You may of noticed over the past few weeks the site has been changing. We have been busy tidying our site up and this has now been completed.

    The results are :-
    - Many modifications by us are now 4.2.x Compatible.
